Sorry for my absence!! I finished my internship which was really interesting, I got a real feel into the working of a press office. I have just come back from Paris so I will be posting the best pictures and some pictures which I am loving right now.

THE MORNING AFTER

Having stayed out nearly all night and cotching at a friends, my day at work felt so long!! It was worth it though!

I am loving leather shorts right now, I picked these ones up in LA, they have a really wide leg to can be mistaken for a skirt. To my dismay it seems Topshop have a similar pair but c'est la vie I guess!

VOGUES FASHION NIGHT OUT - LONDON

What an amazing night it was! The streets were filled with such chic, fashionably dressed people. With waiters handing out Mulberry Mojito's in Mulberry and mini burgers at Burberry, walking along Bond Street had never been so much fun! I even got to attend the TOD'S party thanks so a friend of mine, with champagne on tap and fiats to take you to the Cuckoo Club it was a surreal night out!

My camera was playing up so some of the photos came out a little strange, will take my better camera next time!

Thought I would try my hand at Street Style, only plucked up the courage to ask one person, I will try better next time. Coincidentally she was also snapped by Vogue.co.uk too!

I love the Maxi dress and the blue bag, look effortlessly cool yet different which is really fun!

TODAY I WILL WEAR RED...

I am interning at New Look in their PR department I have done a fair amount of PR work but have never been on the shops side of thing, I have worked with agency's, ie who the stores send their clothes to. So far so good :)

Red is a key colour this season which pleases me no end as it's the only colour I really wear other than tonal colours, I love the dramatic effect a red item can create!

BATH (THE TOWN NOT THE TUB!) AT 5AM...

So I am a sucker for expensive jeans, but at the moment I am finding it really hard to find pairs which are super skinny around the ankles and the wash that I am after. My favourite jean brand at the moment are Current/Elliot. They have a great pair with zips at the ankles ensuring a super skinny fit.

So I thought I would hit the high street and see if I could find a pair of jeans which fit well in the wash I was after. I came across this pair in Zara and they are amazing, such a skinny fit, comfortable and they look great and all for £25 which I think is pretty spectacular.

So when it came to finding an outfit to wear on my road trip to Bath I thought I would test drive my new jeans!

For the rest of my outfit - Jacobs by Marc Jacobs T - Shirt, Ghost Jacket and Carvella Brogues.

I love going to the Marc by Marc Jacobs shop to see the bargains available in his Jacobs Collection, they do some really fun t-shirts and accessories which are really affordable and fun!

For a little fashion new, did you know Marc Jacobs is producing a plus size range, this is a first for any major fashion house so it will be interesting to see what the outcome will be. Being an economics student I reckon this idea is a result of the slow economy as an attempt to broaden the market.

A MODERN STYLE ICON

In a sea of so called Style Icons, it is very hard to work out who really deserves the title, since it seems to be given out to just about every celebrity. Personally I like to look back to the likes of Audrey Hepburn, Francoise Hardy and Jane Birkin to name a few. But on the topic of Modern Style Icons, Lou Doillon is definitely a favourite of mine, her looks are quirky yet bad ass. She has such a rebellious look about her and I love the way she is never polished, no ridiculous make up or hairstyles just pure STYLE - She is Jane Birkin's daughter after all, so I guess its's to be expected!

Here are just a few of my favourite looks - I love her use of hats, I will be adding a top hat to my wish list!
